cTrader Hull Moving Average Strategy telegram alert

Hi, I'm trying the cTrader Hull Moving Average Strategy, everything just fine, but the Telegram alert doesn't work.
I have set the Telegram setting correctly which works on the other telegram capable bot I have tested. Even I installed the cTrader Telegram Setup & Testing Tool, set the same setting, and it works too.
Is there anything I missed?
