Mike Hi, Ben, can you edit your post above and provide the exact steps which gave you this error message, please. I tested with IC Markets and it works fine on my machine, maybe you are doing something different which causes this error.
benj_gould I downloaded the free trial, went to the folder it was located in and double clicked the icon to install it. Then I went into cTrader and selected the bot and chose top right for it to open. Then I went to enter a long trade using the up arrow and it popped up with that message. Thanks Ben
