cTrader Smart Grid Timeframe

Can someone please help me understand how to best use the TF for the Smart grid?

If I am using 1 or 5M chart, do I still use 1Hr TF for entry? Then what cud be the second TF for multiple confluence?

I really like this idea of multiple TF to have high-probability trades, but can't get my head around the TF confusion.

Once this doubt is clear, next I can target the Dinapoli settings to get started with optimization.

There is no timeframe for trade entry, all conditions must be met for trade entry depending on your settings, you can have a 1-min chart or 1-hour chart, it makes no difference. What is important is you timeframe for the indicators, you can find more information below.

Thanks Sebastian, I think I did not explain myself clearly.

If I am optimizing the US30 on 5M chart then under Dinapoli Filter - Entry Time-Frame shud be kept at 5M or leave it standard at 1 hour.

It could be anything, try optimisation or manually experimenting by backtesting, there is no set formula.
