When you choose a broker, you should always check them for the following:
- Real online reviews with someone like Trustpilot.
- Year company was formed.
- Industry Regulation
- Run a Google search on the company, make sure they have plenty of content and that they are a valid company.
After a 5-minute search, I can see this company has no reviews, the company was formed 10 months ago, they have no regulations and very little presence on the internet.

The regulation they say they have is for futures only, that's just a hand full of symbols, you can check this against the site below. Also, NFA regulation is only valid in the USA, you cannot use a cTrader broker in the USA due to regulations, so this is useless.

As a simple trader I would say this company smells and would stay away.
PS: broker withdrawal should be free, there are no fees, do not pay them any more money.
