"Nullable object must have a value" error

Hi Guys

Running Demo on IC Markets Raw Trading Account in the UK on Windows 10.

Worked first few times but now when I click on the green arrow I get the "Nullable object must have a value" error message and program becomes unresponsive. red button works fine on restart, as does Settings but hide no longer minimises the cbot.

Thanks, scocherry, I will investigate this today. It could be because you are using a RAW trading account, can you also edit your post above and add a screen-shot of your settings window.

I created a RAW account, but cannot get the version of cTrader that you are using with the Raw Trading Limited stated at the top. This platform seems very different also because in your log tab it shows the current version of the application which is usually normally only shown when you stop and start the cBot, but it doesn't show the full log, I will continue the investigation to see what I can find.

I ran tests on IC Markets Raw Trading Ltd as you have and did the following steps:

Clicked on green arrow up to plan a buy trade
Clicked buy button
Stopped cBot
Started cBot
All features worked fine

What is very different is the log information which makes me think there is something wrong with your installation, the following statement should only show once when you start the cBot, yours shows the cBot starting every minute or less.

Version 2.1.2, last updated 28.12.2020 - UI fix.

your cBot log should look like this where I stopped and restarted the cBot once and used the tool to submit an order.

Yes, the reason for the log was that I was trying to get the the up arrow to work. I started it, hit the up arrow, it froze, so I stopped it, started it again etc etc

PS I had to actually Stop it - the close button didn't work either.

If this does not fix it then the issue is isolated to your PC and I would try it on another one.
Can you also provide a screen-shot of your settings as I asked earlier, with this, I can duplicate exactly your scenario?

Also, there was a lag with the version of cTrader from IC Markets, just click on the start button and wait, do not keep clicking it as this may cause an error, also your log shows you started and stopped and restarted within a few seconds of clicking on the button.
