Neptune Buy/Sell Option

Hi Guys I changed the cbot settings to sell only but when I looked at my screen it had bought Eur/Usd on my neptune cbot. Any idea why it would do this, thanks regards James

Hi, James, share your cBot settings as a text file uploaded using the file upload button.

Run a backtest also and look at the results to check its ok.

Hi Mike is it just the Cbot settings that has to be set or in the neptune perameters too. I just changed it on the cbot , not the perameters.

Hi, James, I can see from your settings you have both buy and sell options set to yes, it will open both.

There are different settings for each cBot instance.

Hi Mike I did the backtest with the perameter settings with only sell and it does. The ctrader settings don't make any difference. So the settings for that feature has to be done in Neptune perameter settings not the ctrader settings.

That is correct you need to configure the neptune instance settings, there are no CTrader settings to block buy or sell trades for automated systems

If you are still having problems share your settings with buy trades set to No, also, run a back test and show the results showing buy trades
