Adding additional accounts from different ctID

Hi, Team!

I am a bit confused about adding additional accounts from different ctID. I was able to add accounts within my cTID profile but stuck trying to add accounts from my client`s cTID.

I paste the code provided by a client with a different cTIDand it shows an error

Hi LOGOUT then LOGIN with different CTID and password for that CTID before adding another account from different CTID
