NinjaTrader Risk Mgt Asst v2.4.1

Hello,

I am unable to enter dollar values on the account alarms tab in the following two fields:

Net profit losing more than
Account equity drops below

When attempting to enter dollar values there is no response from the software, I can not clear the value currently in each field or enter a new value. All other fields are functioning normally.

V2.4.1

Ninjatrader 8 licensed software v8.0.22.2 64 bit
Windows 7
Screen resolution set to default (100%)
Pacific time zone

We do not get the same view as you, this is what those two settings should look like:

Can you provide some more information please:

The type of NT8 data connection.
Your location and regional settings

Can you also try clicking on a number and typing, you will not be able to clear the text, instead you click in the center and type over the exiting values.

Hi, and thanks for your reply. In response to your request please see below

NT8 data connection: NinjaTrader Continuum
Location and regional settings: San Diego, CA Pacific Time

I have done as you requested, click in the center of the text and typed over the values. That is how the other two fields behave (Net profit has achieved & Daily profit has achieved) and function properly. However when I attempt the same process with these two fields (Net profit losing more than & Account equity drops below)there is no response. No values will enter into field, cursor will not move, fields will not accept any input from keyboard.

If I remover the software and install v2.1 all fields behave normally, accepting values I enter. Reinstall v2.4.1 and problem returns with this version.

I set up a connection with Continuum and still get the correct view, for some reason you are seeing the field values incorrectly, is it possible for me to connect to your PC and investigate?
