cTrader MACD Alerts Tick Box Issue

Hi,

I have a problem with the option “Only once “of c-Bot ‘’ Macd Alerts ". The option remained in active mode and allow for cBot to open another order after the first and single order. Please investigate and send me an updated version where I can use this option only to open single order.

Thank you, can you confirm that it opened 2 orders instead of the maximum of 1 or did the order close and it opened another? I can only see a single position open in your screenshot.

It is not evidence we need, but an understanding of the problem, it was difficult to understand your description, so a video should help us see what is happening.

Hi,

Please find attached a screen recording that shows the moment I activated MACD sell alerts (based on the conditions for opening a sell order from the MACD Alert Panel as described in points N2 and N4). In the first version of my c-Bot, after opening a single order, the tick disappears from the "Open Sell" window and the "Only Once" window. This prevents the bot from opening any more sell orders in the future. Could you please clarify whether this tick should also disappear in this version of the c-Bot, and help me resolve this issue?

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to record this video, this is what I saw happen.

The Buy settings have the Only Once and Open Buy boxes un-ticked, but with a popup alert instead.
The Sell settings have the Only Once and Open Sell boxes ticked.
A buy popup alert happened and no trade was executed.
Later a sell order was placed and the boxes remained ticked.

I could not see a problem with how it works, remember the Buy and Sell settings are independent.

If you are using multiple versions of the cBot, please test again with a single version of the cBot.

Could you please clarify whether the "Sell" or "Buy" boxes in "Only Once" mode and "Open Sell" mode disappear after the order appears in the trading terminal or not? Thank you for your explanation.

The ticked boxes should not become unticked when an order opens, I did not notice this behaviour while I was testing. Your video recording also did not show this behaviour.

Could you please provide me with options to download the first version of MACD alerts that I purchased in 2022?

It is not possible to roll back to an older version, if you feel there is a bug you need to allow me time to investigate and fix it, I would be happy to investigate further if you can help me understand the problem and what steps to follow to produce the same error. So far it seems to be working fine.
