Hi,

Yesterday I downloaded the trial version of cBot-ClickAlgo Classic HMA Strategy (10ESNE4-4FWB27-1NTVWOZ-1V7QSGE). However, after activating the cBot, it failed to start. I have attached a working set of this cBot. Could you please review the issue and provide assistance in resolving this problem?

Hi, Luba, please provide the cBot log as a text file, and share it here and an explanation of what you mean by failed to start.

Per the log record cBot started, but in a
real situation missing any open trades

Run a 1-year backtest, if you see results then the cBot is working fine, it will only open a trade when there is a trade signal from your settings and not when the cBot starts.

I just ran a backtest using your settings for 1 year of historical data and there was a total of 277 trades.

The cBot is currently working fine for you but not for me. Next week, starting from Monday, I will be using the same settings (HMA period-3 on TF H4). After activation, I will take a screenshot and if the cBot fails to open any trades, I will once again seek your advice on how to resolve this issue.

Just to let you know, 9 pairs had cBot activated which opened orders at almost the same time, but with a delay of 90 minutes. It's looking very strange
