I did a few tests and it is working fine, no other customer has reported this issue, it could be isolated to your PC, make sure you have the keep alarms active ticked in the settings tab.
If you still cannot get it working and you purchased the product you can request a refund from your clickalgo account.
Try just a simple popup without voice alerts as you may not have installed them correctly.
