Hi, Dennis, when you report issues we need screenshots attached to the post and not videos, this helps identify problems by zooming in and seeing all values, leave it with me a little long to investigate again.

I tried this too and the values are correct. Here is an example with the values printed in the log and the exact price levels and time points marked on the chart

Try to do it exactly as I did it from Jan 1th 2023 and then see what happen in the same time as my circle from the video.

I can also make it work as long as there are no big spikes upward.

Could you provide screenshots as Panos has to show your problem, videos are not suitable for us to investigate.

The indicator values are correct, maybe you are seeing some strange behaviour when there are large price movements and the lines are recalculated.

Your images do not help the support engineer or anyone trying to help you, you need to provide a single example with a vertical and horizontal line showing the ATR value together with the printing value in the log for reference. Use the same format as everyone else has shown you.

Provide the same image as Panagiotis in the same format as below, but use a single price example.

So far 3 people including Panagiotis an ex-employee of Spotware have confirmed the indicator results are working correctly, so I do not know what more we can do to help you.

Hi Sophia,

I spend two days trying to report this problem and it seems too hard for your guys to be a little serious about bug reporting. Mike asked specifically for the screen dumb and no one told anything about the format you wish. There is so much data, screens shots, test bots, videos etc. in the folder I made for you, and if this is not enough for your guys then fine with me, I'll find another company to work with. Don't waste more time on me and I hope no one will lose money on the potential bug.

FYI, we will still investigate this for you just in case we missed something or there is some strange anomaly.

I think I found that the error is only on the stable release from Pepperstone 4.6.6.15394. I made a test on two different machines and it's the same failure.

I you test with this code making horizontal lines, starting from 02.01.2023 then you will see the error 07.15.

Hi DRoche,

I managed to reproduce the problem too. It only happens on visual backtesting and the problem is with the values printed by the indicator on the chart. The values printed in the log are correct. If you refresh the indicator on the chart, the values on the chart will fix themselves too.

I will talk to ClickAlgo on how to fix this but you can continue with your cBot knowing that the values it uses are correct.

Please test and let me know if it is fixed, there is still a bug report outstanding for the labels not being removed when the price changes.
