Risk & Reward Charting Tool Order Bug

How do I see what version my "cTrader Risk & Reward Charting Tool" is? Dose it updates automatically or every time you update this tool, I need to redownload?

I have one annoying issue with this tool. For example, I launched this tool. I place my SL/TP I try to click buy or sell but nothing happens. No response. To make it work I need to click "Market" a few times then it works, but it resets my SL/TP.

You can find the version number in the cBot log, when we publish an update we inform users on our News telegram channel or the product update group on this support site. You can also subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

The reason you could probably not submit orders is because you were attempting to submit pending orders, you can find the user guide for this product below.

I had this problem from day one when I bought your tool on "Order Date: 04/02/2023"

Thank you for providing a detailed video, it looks like a recent update created another issue with our product, I have raised this as a bug report and we will fix this asap.

I have just published a fix, the new version you can see in the log tab is 2.4.1

You can download the update from your ClickAlgo account downloads.

For some reason it does not update to the latest version. So not able to test yet.

I downloaded the file from the server and it is correct, your file may be cached by the browser, try clearing the cache or use a different wen browser.

Okay I managed to update. And I tested 28 pairs that I trade and I still had this problem on 11 pairs like AUD/USD, USD/CHF, AUD/CHF etc. It was similar to before on some pairs, it worked on some not.

Yes, I tried to redownload from icognito mode and it worked.
