Ultimate trade manager

Hi I am experiencing a strange error that's cutting my positions prematurely.
The ultimate trade manager gives me
31/05/2023 08:00:07.618 | → Request to amend position PID115878652 (SL: 1.23181) is REJECTED with error "New SL for BUY position should be <= current BID price. current BID: 0.81806, SL: 1.23181; "

When trying to adjust the stop loss and then cuts the position..
Am I doing it wrong trying to use the trend exit and trailing at the same time?

Hi, its sounds like your stop loss are placed incorrectly, please provide the symbol you are trading and other settings you are using, I will get the vendor to help you.

Default settings with period set to 14 (also happens on 7)
Atr automatic stop loss with trailing enabled
Trading both on 15 mín timeframe and hour with a setting of 1 hour and 4 hour respectively in the bot

Seems to happen on all currency pairs.
Woke up with an empty portfolio this morning :)

After further examination I can confirm that this only happens if I have close on trend reverse enabled on all currency pairs

Hello there, thank you for reporting this. I understand you have been using the Ultimate Trade Manager with multiple pairs and using the ATR stop + Trailing option and your positions are reporting an error in placing the Stop Loss level.

I have my suspicions that it's directly connected to the close on trend reverse feature.
The atr seems to be working normally
