As of 29th of May 2023, we changed our license rules so that all new paid purchases qualify to download any feature & bug fix updates for 1 year only. Customers who had purchased products before this date can continue to download paid products until the 29th of May 2024.
When a download expires, downloading the latest version will not be possible; you will need to purchase the product again. This does not apply to free products, which are free for life.
What happens after the expiry date?
You will not be able to download the latest version containing new features. We recommend downloading and saving the file in a safe place, like on the cloud.

1 Year Product Support
We will provide dedicated support for your product(s) for the 1st year; after this period, you can still ask your questions on the product support site for community help.
2-Year License Term
You can use the product for 2 years, after which time it will stop working, or you will need to discontinue using it. If you wish to continue to use the product, you can re-order it with a discount.
