There have been many reports of connecting to cTrader desktop, follow the link below on how you can fix this.
- Download this file. https://ctrader.com/files/tls_fix_v2.reg
- Double-click on the file
- In the pop-up that will appear, click Run
- Choose YES.
- Choose OK
