hmmm that's a shame! With your suggestion I was able to open two orders, although I needed to give a new instace id to the second bot in the second chart.
Could you submit it as a feature request or suggestion? Imagine you trading a pair and having multiple possibilities/chances to add to a position. The tool would force you to open multiple charts/positions in advance and manage multiple charts/positions at the same time. This is insane and adds more complexity to it. (the idea is to make it simplier, not more complex, agree?)
The documents and vids you sent to me I had seen it already and there was no hint that this should not be possible. At least I cound not find it anywhere. Could you please post the passage here where it states that this should not be possbile? (The part of the documentation where you have this information from - could also be a link to it)
See attached an example of a MT5 trade assistant as an good example which made it possible (to inspire your team)
