click algo risk to reward tool issue

hi i am getting an error message when using the risk to reward tool

"Cbot "clickalgo risk reward tool" has not stopped within 5 seconds on demand, All running instances were forced to stop. Number of stopped instances :3."

There are no other indicators running in any other window or chart.

Any help is appreciated in solving this, thank you

I see you purchased the product in 2020, this version will not work with the latest version of cTrader, download the latest version below and remove the old version.

and tell me the steps I can follow to get the same error as you, so far I am not getting the error.

My Steps

Open the tool on EURUSD - default settings
Open Long plan, open trade
Open short plan, open trade
Open the tool on GBPUSD- default settings
Open Long plan, open trade
Open short plan, open trade

I am going to fix a bug where the popup windows are hidden behind the other windows, this could cause problems, I will post here when it's complete and published, ETA 1-3 days.

apologies I wasnt specific with my issue. I receive the above error message when i try to start up the indicator, Pressing the green button in the below screenshot. I'm unable to even access the settings menu.

Can you tell me the version of cTrader you are using with Pepperstone?

Hi Ive just tried to uninstall and delete all pepperstone and ctrader files from computer, after reinstalling it is now working. Thank you for your time.

Hi,

I updated to the latest version of Ctrader and the Risk to Reward tool has stopped working again. Here is are the logs. I have also tried to uninstall Ctrader, delete CAlgo files and reinstall everything, the tool is not working.

To be specific, I try to launch the tool clicking the green play button, a pop up screen appears for a split second then disappears, the tool fails to launch.

I just tested the tool with cTrader IC Markets 4.8.25 and everything is working fine. The issue may be related to your PC, try and use it on another PC or laptop. Also, to help you could record a video of your screen showing the cBot being attached to the chart and you starting it. Remember, it is a cBot and not an indicator, so the file needs to be in the cBot folder.

When you record the video demonstrate starting the cBot from the Automate application where all the cBots are listed.
