Running CBots on multiple brokers

Hi....I am using a VPS to run my first simple cbot (ICMarkets)........and now I am confused about where to run it. Do I use the Automate tab or Trade tab? I added an instance in the Automate tab and started it, and it also appears in the Trade tab. And.....while the bot is running, I cannot open any other symbols - is that right? Do I need to run multiple platforms for different brokers?

You can run cBots on either the automated or trade applications, i prefer to use the automated app as it is easier to see the settings and is designed for algo trading. cTrader will not allow you to change the symbol or the settings while the cBot is running, this makes sense as the bot is running for the symbol you are trading.
