Thank you for reporting this, the error you are seeing usually happens when there is no internet connection or when your web browser is blocking a site, the application needs to call the TradvingView website.

As this product is being used already by many customers and because none of the TradingView cBots we offer work on your PC you will find the problem is the configuration of your machine, try installing the Chrome web browser, if this fails you could try installing on another machine. Also, make sure you have installed all the latest service packs.
