Thank you for reporting this, we will investigate, we have found an issue with long chat IDs used with new Telegram accounts, it is a quick fix.

Morning Walter, I have just published an update that should fix the Telegram issue with long Chat IDs.

In the cBot log, you should see version 2.8.5
