Has anyone else experienced frequent reconnections on the cTrader platform in the last 24 hours? This issue is occurring not only on my local network in Malaysia, which has high-speed internet, but also on my VPS located in a different region. I'm looking for insights or solutions to this problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Despite being connected to a very stable and high-speed internet network in Malaysia, and having a VPS in a different region, I'm facing difficulties accessing cTrader on all fronts - the desktop application, the web version, and even the official cTrader website.

Is this a recurring issue with the cTrader platform that others are also experiencing? It's critical for me to understand if this is a widespread problem or something specific to my setup.

Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on where I can find information about scheduled cTrader maintenance or planned downtimes. Knowing this could help in planning my trading activities more effectively and avoiding unexpected disruptions.

I encountered an unannounced "Maintenance" message during trading hours, which is quite concerning.

Could anyone shed light on why maintenance is conducted during active trading times, not weekends or non-trading days? Is there a way to get notified about these maintenance schedules in advance?
