I had no intention of fraud or deception in creating a second user account, and I was unaware that it would lead to the locking of my account. Throughout, I have not used either of the user accounts simultaneously, and the sole reason for creating a second account was forgetting the username and password for my initial account.

Hi, Mehran, if your account was flagged as deleted due to duplicate accounts, it was done automatically, I have re-activated your account again, and you should be able to log in. Please note that if you have two accounts again the system will remove the latest one registered.
