As any indicator, the best timeframe to use it is depending on your trading style. Smaller timeframes if you scalp, bigger if you swing.
Any arrow signal is drawn after is it confirmed, meaning after the close of the candle. On the current candle, the arrows might appear when the conditions are met, but it is impossible to predict if it the closing value will keep the signal confirmation. So, you will get a telegram alert only on a candle close.
Multi-timeframe is not supported on a single indicator instance. You would have to have 2 or more instances open on the same pair for your setup to work, but it is a better strategy. For example, you get a confirmation of a cross (one of the stronger signals) on the 1h timeframe and then you seek for any bullish signal of a lower timeframe, 1m or 5m.
