AIEDEN Supertrend bug?

Hello,

I'm running the Aieden Supertrend bot and get the following error multiple times.

01/12/2023 20:25:05.570 | CBot instance [45 - Aieden SuperTrend Strategy H1, USDJPY, h1] crashed with error "Unable to invoke target method in current thread. Use BeginInvokeOnMainThread method to prevent this error."

I'm running cTrader version 4.8.30.23183.

Is this a known error?

Quick update: after setting both News Manager options to 'No' the error is gone and the bots seem to be working normally.

Hi, Nanno, thank you for reporting this,, It's a known error, this happens when the news manager is not set up, but you turn on the news feature.

Hello Sophia, thank you so much for your quick reply! I do have the News Manager installed, but I think I found the problem which is that I did not install the ClickAlgo.NewsManager.Client.dll. I'm now trying to find out how to do this or where to put this dll?

You do not need to install the DLL, you just need to configure and start the News Manager cBot.

Once you have set it up, start the cBot and the error should disappear when you use it with the Aieden cBot.

Let me know if you still get the error and we will test this end.

I've tried everything, changing all the settings, but the bot keeps crashing when the New Manager parameters are set to Yes. I've uploaded the logs of bot the News Manager and the Aieden Supertrend bots plus their botsets.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

I can confirm the error occurs when the news manager is activated every minute.

We have just published an update to fix this issue, you should see version 1.1.0 in the cBot log.

Existing customers can download the update from their account downloads.
