I will try and help, you can try to run multiple versions of NinjaTrader, each with the alarm manager setup, if this does not work for you then switching accounts manually may be the only option.
Regarding your Telegram issue, make sure you wake up the cBot by sending a test message, I will check the product to make sure the Telegram libraries are up to date for the latest chat ID.

Unfortunately, there may be an issue with high-resolution monitors that have a custom font size.
