aamir_abbasi Hi, I am trying to optimise Smart Grid - but I am getting the below error! I am getting the same error when Back testing with any pair. I have deleted and re installed the ctrader, and the Grid but nothing has worked yet.
Pipster This is an error with the data you are getting from your broker, either contact them or cTrader support. Also, look at the Time, its missing, looks like a possible platform bug.

aamir_abbasi I have emailed and messaged on telegram as well but issue is still not resolved - I have reset the data and any other solution I could think off - is there a way I could escalate this?
