Mike Hi, this can happen if your internet disconnects or you have changed the PC clock. make sure your PC clock is correct. Also, try restarting NinjaTrader and restarting your PC.
rskumar88 Hi, My internet connection is stable and the PC clock is set right too. Still the tool can't connect to accounts. I get the same error message. Any idea how to fix this?. I tried restarting Ninja and re-installed the risk manager tool as well. Thanks.
