Howyg Hi Im Writing to ask about the cTrader Zig-Zag & Fibonacci Extension Alerts indicator, Im not sure if it is a bug or if you already know but when the indicator is on the chat the Fib seems to be the wrong way round,
Mike Hi, it is correct, if you go bottom to top the values are as shown in the above image and if you go top to bottom they are reversed, this behaves the same way as the default cTrader indicator.
Howyg If you take the Fib tool and draw bottom to top it draws from the 100% to 0% so you can try and enter on a pull back of the 23.6% or the 38.2% The photo shows a push up so the fib should start from the low to the high 100% to 0% Sorry Im not the best at explaining, ive looked into the fib on youtube and other educational sites and feel the indicator is drawing it incorrect
Mike You are using the Fibonacci retracement tool, you should be using the Fibonacci expansion tool which is the extension.
