Unable to register/login

Hi I tried to register but giving me error message as email has been already registered and email has been sent. but I didn't receive any email.
When I tried to recover password then it gives me error message as the email address is not found on the system.
Please advice

I created long time ago and didn't use as I had exactly same login issue and I didn't know where to get help.
Now I found that I can get help here.

I am unable to both recover or register the login.
Yes I did read through and still doesn't know the next step.

Giving error, "The First & Last name failed validation, please use your real name. Junk accounts are not allowed." but I am using my correct name.

I tried again with short name. it is saying You have already registered an account with ClickAlgo. A validation email was sent to you. waiting if I receive any email. checking spam folder as well.

there seems to be an issue with your computer or network which is hiding the registration information, I would try and register with your mobile phone or another PC. It could also be anti-virus software or another product on your PC removing the registration data before it is sent to us.

You are right. I tried in another PC and able to register. Good Now. Thank you for your help.
