"verify license" button not working.

hi, i recently tried to register my neptune bots and somehow the verify license button doenst open an browser window where i can log in or something else. pls help

i then tried to manualy add the license but ctrader still asking to verify..

I can see you have 2 Neptune robots registered already, are you trying to register another one or the same?

Can you share screenshots of the verified license window or any error messages you are getting?

We have had some reports of registration issues and we can publish updates to fix your issue.

I registered eur usd bot a long time ago and recently wanted to register AUDUSD bot.
everytime I start a backtest or want it to go live the AUD USD bot opens the window for "click algo license verification" and its not possible to click on "verify license". it just doenst open a window where I can log in or something. even after registering it manual on your website the window comes up... there is no error message, nothing.

I wanted to add the newest EURUSD bot too but there is a new machine key which doenst match the one I registered on your website? what to do?

if u need any specific screenshot pls tell me..

You may have received an email from us about registration issues.

You will need to delete your existing Neptune cBots and download the latest version again from your account downloads and start the cBots, it should now take you to the registration page where you can register them. Make sure you select the correct product name for each license and if you need help with registration follow the link below.
