Sophia Are you just seeing a blank screen when you start it? If so, can you tell me what version of Windows you are using?
Mike Hi, Hatthakon, you are the 2nd customer to report this issue and I have published 2 versions of the same product, one is for high-resolution monitors with a custom display setting and the other is for standard monitors, please delete the version you are using and download the standard version. hatthakon I installed the standard version as recommended but nothing changed. Is it possible that my CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-8145U CPU @ 2.10GHz 2.30 GHz is too little?
Mike The issue is the installed operating system you are using, I will create a new trial build and remove anything I feel could be causing this issue and post a trial copy here for you to test. I hope to do this in a few hours.

hatthakon I've tried using it on another computer but the problem is the same. I am very interested in this product. And I can't request a refund. Refund request rejected Because the 14 day trial was downloaded ago.
