Registration panel missing - Mac OS

Thank you very much for doing this, and particularly, so quickly after I had first requested it!

I have now purchased it but am unable to register it. After starting the cBot, apparently a welcome screen is supposed to open up for the registration process but this doesn't't happen. Any thoughts on why this is?

If you use cTrader trade you add the cBot to a chart and you will see the welcome screen, if you use cTrader Automate, you need to add a cBot instance and make you you have clicked the mouse on the instance to see the chart.

Can you share a screenshot of the chart with the cBot attached and started.

I just tested on the Mac OS and you are correct the welcome screen does not show, I have contacted Spotware about this and they are investigating, I hope to get a speedy reply so we can get it working for you asap.

Hello Mike,
Using cTrader trade I added the cBot to the chart as you can see here and a welcome screen has not opened up. I tried pressing play on the cabot hoping that might open a welcome screen but to no avail?

The Mac OS Spotware team can reproduce the same error and they are now investigating.

Hi, m-84, can you tell me what version of the Mac OS you are using 10 or 11?

An update has been published to fix the issue, Spotware is still working on a fix, but we have modified the code to request full access to work, you can download an update from your account downloads.
