shbma Hi just to let you know i have contacted them already, but i will be honest why would i contact spotware ? its your bot, you are selling it so you contact them and fix the issue for us to be able to test and buy. Thanks.
Sophia We did contact Spotware regarding this and they told us that any customer reporting this should contact them with the details, it is a platform bug and affects all cBots, even basic cBots as described below. https://ctrader.com/forum/calgo-support/41561 You can also find more complaints by customers here.
