Switchback Registration issue

Hi,

I'm encountering an issue with registering the Switchback c-Bot. Although I received confirmation of successful registration after activation, I'm unable to activate the bot on the trading platform. I'm using the bot without the built-in news manager. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Please delete this version and download the product again (v2.6.0) from your account downloads.

Also, remove the license for this product before you try and register again.
