registration button license Mac missing

Hi, I can't register my purchase. when I press the license button it does nothing and does not send me to the product registration page

Its hidden because your chart window is too narrow, try dragging the chart height larger and you will see it.

ok thanks seen. However, after I performed ka and it gave me confirmation, every time I start the registration bot, it asks me again to register the product. Even if I do it, it doesn't show me any news on the graph even if it has loaded them (checked in the log). I use MAC

The welcome screen just does a license check, have you read the user guide, there is nothing to show on the chart
