Risk & Reward Charting Tool with Prop Firms

I purchased cTrader Risk & Reward Charting Tool. I need to trade on multiple accounts at the same time. I use different prop companies. There were no problems using the demo version, but now I can't connect the tool to another account. I find it quite strange to buy a tool for each account

You can register once and use it anywhere, the new license system uses your cTrader ID (cTID), this is a single unique ID for all broker accounts, make sure you are using the latest version. v2.6.0

I don't understand. I have 2 instances of Ctrader running at the same time. When I try to launch the tool on a second account, I receive an offer to register on the site. After registration is confirmed, nothing happens. I just get the same message

when you start the cBots do you see two different cTrader IDs for each account?

Historically, cTrader used mostly brokers, but recently due to the popularity of the platform, prop companies have started using them, this has caused a few issues with account generation. As a software provider for cTrader, this has also affected our licensing system.

I will send you the data one of these days, as my second prop company is having problems syncing with Ctrader. I'm currently looking into this issue with their tech support. But there is one more problem. Prop companies have one or more challenge phases. A separate account is issued for completing each of them. That is, every time I complete the challenge, I will need to delete the old account from your license and register a new one. Is this possible? This is an important question for me, since my wife also trades for several prop companies and we are going to buy another copy of the program for her.

Hello Harold, we no longer require proof of your prop firms as we have updated our system to cope with this type of account. A new product has been published in your download folder called Prop Firm Accounts. This uses the machine key licensing system that uses your computer hardware instead of a single cTrader ID.

Download Update

With the update you can install it on two different machines at the same time, each time you start a new challenge, just remove the old license and register a new one.

Hi, Harold, it looks like you are still using the cTrader ID version, you need to delete this and instead install the version found in the download folder called Prop Firm Accounts, this will use the machine license and allow you to use the product on your computer with multiple cTrader accounts.
