NinjaTrader Alarm Manager Multiple Alerts

I actually just downloaded the trial and was testing the alarms and came across this same issue. Specifically when i was testing the "account equity drops down below $". I get non stop alerts and I either have to force quit or ninjatrader will crash and I'll log back in.

You probably have the setting keep alarms active turned on.

If you share your symbol, timeframe, and alert settings, we can investigate.

This seems to fix that issue. Thank you!
Although, After taking the active alarms off close positions, pop up message and send email are no longer working? The alarm will turn to the off position but not send any of the alarms choices.

Hi, Rob, I cannot seem to duplicate your error with the multiple popup windows, can you take a screenshot showing the popup windows together with the alert message on the popup so I can identify which one is doing this?

Regarding keeping alerts active, this will turn off all alerts once one has been reached, an improved feature would be only to turn off individual alerts.

the multiple popups should not happen, we can fix this if you can provide the information. make sure you are not backtesting.
