MacOS Risk & Reward Registration Issue

Hi Sophia thank you for the solutions. I downloaded the file with another browser and now i do have the 'Mac OS & Windows Version - Latest' version.

However a new problem has accured. When ever i try to install the cBot i get a pop up saying i have to register the product.

I have registered the product 5 times now and its still giving me the same pop up blocking me from using it.

Not sure what to do to fix this. I have already downloaded the product again from the website and reinstalled the product on to cTrader but that hasnt worked either.

I have downloaded the file and when I start it the registration panel does not show after it has been registered. I noticed that you registered the product today, you only have 2 registrations for this product.

I think I see the problem, you have registered the non-mac version.

Give me a few minutes to correct

Hi Mike im not sure if this is valuable information but iam actually using a desktop computer and not a mac. I did installed the macos latest version of the product as i was told.

The problem was that the macOS version was a separate product and this was not in your paid orders, I have added the product to your account, when you start the cBot it should take you to the registration page, make sure you select the Mac OS version when registering.

Both the issues of registering the product and using it on a tickchart have not been solved.

Can you delete this version and download it again, sorry about this. You should now be able to use tick charts.
