I am trying to register the bot with a new broker (ftmo challenge) but it keeps asking me to register the product and the ctrader id is different but i cannot change it.

If I confirm it says registered but when I try to start it it asks again to register it...

You have a few options with a prop firm, you can ask FTMO to transfer your cTrader ID or you can download the machine key version which you can find in your downloaded file.

I think there is also a readme file in the download explaining this.

Ok solved...I reinstalled it on FTMO ctrader with the machine key version. thanks
