How do I create a new trading window?

I am currently trading EURGPB.

I want to trade USDJPY in a new account using Smart Grid Trading System.
For this, I want to trade in a new window rather than the current window.
How do I create a new window?
I have already created a new account.

The new chart I want is in a different situation.

The method you provided is to create it in the Trade submenu.

You showed me to open multiple symbol windows "from one account."

But, I would like to know how to create two windows to run independently under "two new accounts."
In other words, I want to open windows with symbols independently, "one for each account."
Can you tell me how to do this?

as far as I know, this is not possible, you need to open two copies of cTrader each with a new account. Have you tried contacting Spotware support about this?
