Are you using the Neptune trial or paid and can you share a screenshot of the registration window? This will show the error you are getting.

Can you also explain what GU, UJ and AU are?
Install Updates
I suspect you are using an old version of the product, you may need to upgrade, I would backup all your settings and download the latest version from your account downloads. You may also need to manage your licenses to remove the old license registrations.
