Neptune cBots Registration Issues

I register the product successfully but will not allow the EA to run, if I click on the Algo button to run it repeats the registration process then comes up with a registration issue. please advise.

I expect this will be the same problem with all my Neptune Algos which I am in the process of backtesting to apply, hoping this issue is not repeated for all

didn't happen with GU, but same issue with AU also, and now also with UJ... what the hell is going on

Are you using the Neptune trial or paid and can you share a screenshot of the registration window? This will show the error you are getting.

What is the name of the product?

Can you also explain what GU, UJ and AU are?

Install Updates

I suspect you are using an old version of the product, you may need to upgrade, I would backup all your settings and download the latest version from your account downloads. You may also need to manage your licenses to remove the old license registrations.

Paid, I own all of the Neptune sets. Nothing I can do now allows any of my sets to be active in cTrader but they all register successfully. The Product License error screen last comes up after I have registered successfully and then I try and run the algorithm

I have tried deleting all the registrations and redoing and same error occurs.

weirdly the trader ID sometimes puts that rubbish as shown above. I have just retried doing a few and now most work and put through a CtRaderID of 2528716... and the only ones (2 off) that won't work have that weird script. AU now I can not run... rest so far4 off running

Ok something is really wrong. All of these registered and all of the also buttons were on. after a few minutes they all went off. I have never had problems with clickalgo like this. Please advise

These are all latest downloads - download today and I have removed registration and redone at least 10 times today

I may have resolved it. They have been active now for at least 15mns
