Mick I’m submitting a EA to cBot request and the system is not taking the file attachments. I keep getting an error message stating “Thus file cannot be uploaded because the file format is unsupported” One of the files is your NDA in pdf format and the other is your Product Spec download. Is this a Mac glitch??
Sophia Hi, Mick, We have added the option for PDF files to be uploaded, I just uploaded the .docx project spec file as a test and it's working fine, please try again.
