Blocked all connections on product

You have completely blocked me on two separate connections for absolutely no reason. One being the exact same connection I have had for over two years and the exact connection I used to buy your indicator.

I decided to display one of your indicators brought two years ago on my chart. Upon trying to register, it took me to your website, where I signed in and then went to change the machine registration. Then blank. Cannot load this page over and over.

But it still worked on my phone.

So I went and connected the laptop with a different connection and exactly the same thing happened.

I tried both connections on three different machines and it works on none.

Now when I open Ctrader on any machine/connection with the indicator open I get a connection error as attached.

Yet my London VPS works absolutely fine.

I live in Thailand. I see no other details I can offer apart from this, as it does not work on any IP or connection I have tried here on multiple machines. I have had to use my London VPS to open your website and sign in.

Please fix this.
