Delta Volume Indicator Alerts Incorrect

When the volume alert is set to say 4200 the alert is sent via telegram correctly.
When there is a 4200 level put on the indicator this does not match up with the alert received.
I have been confirming the alert with a third party indicator showing tick volume and successfully trading pullbacks.

Can you explain this again in more detail, your explanation above seems incorrect as you are saying a value of 4200 works and does not work at the same time?

This bug will be active for 30-days and if there is no reply it will be moved to closed bugs.

My initial query was that the alerts didn’t tie in with the delta chart, now with more testing it seems the alert is based on absolute tick volume regardless of the delta.

Knowing this I successfully traded with it but now there is another issue. Trading XAUUSD (alert set at 4200) today 07 December 2020 at 1430 I would of expected an alert but none was recieved. All other alerts gave been received as expected.

If the volume spike is too fast will there be no alert? That is my best guess regards this afternoon.

Hi, Antwan, I gave this tool a good test and could not find any issues, if there is high-volatility and a spike happens too fast then yes an alert may not be triggered, but I have not experienced it yet. Also, if you ever get issues with telegram not sending messages please check the current status below.

I am going to move this bug report to the closed section and if any other customers report any issues I will re-open, but after testing, we could not identify any issues.
