Risk & Reward Tool Visual Backtesting

I purchased cbot risk reward and registered the product. When I go into backtesting I also follow instructions, when I open the display box I don't even see the graph. if I launch the cbot and the backtesting even without the graph, the system response is "you cannot backtest or optimize this software, just press the play button to start it".
It doesn't work in Market Replay either.
what is my mistake?

Also, you cannot backtest this type of cBot it does not auto-trade, but you can use it in visual backtest mode for trade practice for manual trade entry.

It looks like you have not registered the product yet, start the cBot and you will see a registration panel.

According to our records, the product is not registered, start the cBot in cTrader Automate, open the log tab take a screenshot of the information you see and share it here.

I agree it does state you cannot visually backtest this cBot, let me get Mike to investigate and get back to you.

I was also checking other cbots, and I noticed that even with those preloaded on the platform, no graphics appear in backtesting, not even in visual mode

I am unsure about other cBots, but this product does not support visual backtesting, there is some text on the product page which is misleading and it will be removed. If you wish to request a refund you can do this here.

What other product could there be that works in backtestint or market replay?
eventually I ask for a refund of this and purchase what I need
