Hi, Steven, this is a known cTrader platform issue and not an issue with the product, in the past, we have had the same problem and reported it to Spotware who informed us they would fix it in a future release. I will tell them that the problem persists, but in the meantime, you could try and download the latest version from their website, the link is below.

We also noticed another customer reported the same issue to Spotware in March of this year, so the bug still exists, if a clean install does not work, report this issue to Spotware to help them fix it, you can add it to the post below.
