Cached data not available or corrupted

Hello,

I bought the Neptune forex robots and I get this errors in Ctrader whenever I try to optimise or run a backtest

03/04/2024 00:00:00.000 | CBot instance [ClickAlgo Neptune USDJPY, USDJPY, h1] started.
03/04/2024 00:00:00.000 | Symbol 'USDJPY h1' cached data not available or corrupted.
03/04/2024 00:00:00.000 | Symbol 'USDJPY h1' cached data cleared.
03/04/2024 00:00:00.000 | Failed to get symbol 'USDJPY': Symbol not found or has no quotes.
03/04/2024 00:00:00.000 | Trading started, version 2.6.2, last updated 18.02.2024. NET 6 Upgrade, cTrader License Integration.
03/04/2024 00:00:00.000 | CBot instance [ClickAlgo Neptune USDJPY, USDJPY, h1] stopped.

I have tried clearing the cache from AppData folders and after I did a clean reinstall of Ctrader with no luck.

After more search I understand this issue is cause by the access rights of the Cbot.

Can you support with this please, I am looking forward to use these robots.

Hi, this is a known cTrader platform bug that will be fixed in the next update, in the meantime I will publish new builds today with full access so you can backtest and optimise. Sorry for the inconvenience.
