Issues Installing my cTrader cBot

It's been a while since I set up this up for the first time so this might be me...but when I download from the above clickalgo link I get the MT4 app???

If you need to download an update for a product you have purchased you need to visit your account downloads, the link is below. We do not offer any MT4 software.

Just scroll down the list until you see the product you wish to download and click on the Download button.

I also noticed that you have already downloaded and registered the smart grid cBot today, you can also use the same cBot and install it on your other PC.

Thanks for the reply Mike, I have attempted what you have advised previously today as you can tell.

So, I have tried to capture the path I get sent on...it seems like Pepperstone takes over and I get to MT4???

It looks like the file association for .algo files is corrupt on your PC, you are choosing the suggested app which is the MT4 setup program. Instead, you should select the option Choose an app on your PC, look for the cTrader EXE and select this.

If this does not work, you will need to contact Spotware support to help you fix this.

In the meantime you can still install the cBot into cTrader by following the instructions below for copying and pasting the file into your cBot Robots directory, full instructions are below for the directory option.
