pop up window incomplete

I installed the Algo strategy builder trial in cTrader, confirmed the ID and wanted to start naming the stategy and setting the indicators, but the window does not show the bottom, so i cannot proceed or add any indicator. This problem does not occur with the algo stategy builder beta as i can see the full window there.

It looks like you have some custom display settings, I would reset them to standard and try again.

Thanks for the fast answer.I reset the display settings (although i did not change them after installing windows 10), but the problem persits and is the same on another notebook. And on both machines the beta version shows the full window (with the very same display standard settings). I also made a new download of the algo strategy builder, which did not solve the window problem.

This is how it looks on mine, you have some strange settings going on with the pink border and text alignment of the title

I did not change any of the settings, the pink appears in my windows 10 pro updated version. The question remains, why the beta version window shows up correctly and the window in the demo version does not (with the very same settings on my side). Could it be, that there is a difference between the demo version and the normally paid one?

Can you tell me what your screen resolution is and what your custom display scale setting is, this is usually 100%, v1.1.0 is built for standard and high-resolution monitors.

If you can provide the display and scale values, I can configure my PC with the same settings and test.

Hi Mike, the scale value is 100% and the resolution is 1366x768

Unfortunately, there is not much we can do in this case, we have had no reports of the same issue, so I can only assume its specific to your PC. If another customer reports the same problems we will investigate further.
